This is how fraudulent companies like Codal and its CEO Keval Baxi spend their times:

1. Social Media Misadventure: Much of their social media efforts go towards bragging about their high profile clients or “partners” (again a misleading term for essentially what is called a client). For a startup like us which was deceived and cheated by Codal with money, mediocrity and technical incompetence, Codal has been flexing muscles in courts and tryiung to silence our voices. So, their social media team are busy the whole day ‘reporting’ our posts and blocking as much as possible. This is their ‘achievement’.

2. Intimidation of Review websites: A few weeks back, we posted our review about the fraudulent and deceptive practices of Codal at the website ClutchThe review was posted successfully. But within a couple of days, they reached out to us saying that Codal has DENIED ever providing services to us (lying in the daylight). We provided copies of the contract signed between Codal and us. Clutch felt satisfied with this. However, withinhg next 2 days, Clucth was forced by Keval Baxi to remove the review posted by us as they intimidated them with legal consequences. Clutch could have resisted this threat, but at the end, muscular Codal with its well-fed (read money) attorneys prevailed upon.

3. IMPERSONATION: Keval Baxi is the CEO of Chicago-based Codal whose headquarter is in old post office. Codal shows off and often brags about global firms as its clients, but see what Keval Baxi has been doing sitting behind the laptop. He is IMPERSONATING us (creating a chain of crime, thuggery and cheating in the process). This is his level of thinking – nasty and devious. He created an email at Protonmail (Swiss based company, thinking that the US courts would not have jurisdiction over them) in our name (samecondition@protonmail.com) and started sending malicious emails on our behalf = Impersonation. To cross all the limits, Keval Baxi even sent threatening email to the honorable judge in Chicago – the place of legal battle between SameCondition and Codal.

4. Globe-trotting by a shallow company: The modus operandi of Keval Baxi and Codal are very clear- to keep showing the ‘awe’ factor. But inside their black hearts, they keep cheating and duping unsuspecting clients, like us. And we are not alone. The project manager assigned to us by from Codal while they were ‘building our software’ (read, bluffing us) later told us (he was fired by Keval Baxi to cover the teachnical incompetence of Codal) that Keval Bax has been doing this kind of cheating with smal start ups and companies.

But there are inside stories, largely unknown to the world. What you see is a sophisticated Codal bragging big companies as its clients. Another thing that Codal does is attending events after events (or, confernces). Be it, they like to go all these places. There, Keval Baxi often throws flashy dinners and shows off his association or partnership with well reputed industry leaders like Shopify and CWD corporationWe can tell you for surety, such meetings are the ploy to trap unsuspecting clients.

In the convolunted and scammer mind of Keval Baxi – only one thing matters: Greed, Greed, Greed. Lust of money has made Keval Baxi a mastermind of scams and Codal a place of enthical business practices. Meanhile the water in the Chicago canal keeps flowing!
