SameCondition is a victim of Chicago-based Codal company whose CEO is an Indian -origin businessman called Keval Baxi. It is an I.T. company that nestles in downtown area of Chicago and they moved to Old Post Office building – a historical building. It was started or founded by Keval Baxi only. They have offshore operations in Ahmadabad, Gujarat, India. There, among many Danny Goyal is the one who handles the operations. Danny Goyal is executive VP of global operations.
In addition, there are many a people who make the leadership of Codal, namely Matthew Geirut as COO, Stephen Yi, Managing director of product and engineering, Ms. Inga Finneke as director of marketing, Ryan Bloms, director of partnerships, Joe Commins, director of strategy and ecommerce, Ms. Hannah Turner, HR manager, Rahul Yadav, director of product innovation, Ms. Erin Keeley, operations manager, Mark Eyer, associate director of sales, Ms. Britt Davidson, director of product strategy, Ms. Lynsie Napier, director of product design, Ms. Emily Moore, general counsel and director of special projects. Some people have asked us why we use the term Cheating while describing our sad story with Codal? While narrating our experiences and events with Keval Baxi and Codal, we have been typically using the terms or phrases like: Codal Cheated us, Codal defrauded us, Codal duped us, Keval Baxi deceived us, Keval Baxi is a dishonest businessman. Keval Baxi lacks ethical values, Keval Baxi does not have integrity, codal’s value system is bad,etc etc. This range of terms that includes terms like cheating, duping, defrauding, deceiving. lack of ethics, low or bad value system keeps us focused on our fight against the company and its CEO.
SameCondition was initiated as an ambitious and humane idea in healthcare area. The basic mission was to create a patient to patient network. After a long of market analysis, we zeroed in Codal company (in 2017) and awarded them the project to translate this dream idea into reality. They were hired to develop a software for us. But little did we know that we are getting in to the hands of a cruel man who will charge us a heft amount of money and then dump us like a fish out of water. We got cheated by Keval Baxi and his company.
